• - Confirm your request and contact you about scheduling
• - Prepare a quote based on your tower, floor, and selected package
• - Coordinate access to your unit for the cleaning visit
• - Respond to your questions and provide customer support

We never sell, rent, or share your information with marketers. We do not use your data for automated profiling or AI training.

Your request details are retained only as long as needed to complete your service and handle any follow-up. Access is limited to the Clearstory team members who need it to schedule and perform your cleaning. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

We share your information only when necessary to deliver the Service - for example, with a technician assigned to your unit - or when required by law. We never share your details for marketing or with third parties for their own commercial purposes.
