About these terms
The Service
Clearstory provides high-rise window cleaning performed from inside the unit, using a machine placed on the outside of the glass and maneuvered from indoors. The website lets you review packages, request a quote, and contact us to schedule service.
Pricing shown on the site is a starting estimate based on unit size. Your final quote is confirmed based on your tower, floor, access, and selected add-ons. No payment is due until after service is completed.
Quote requests and your information
When you submit a quote request, you agree to provide accurate and current information about your tower, unit, floor, and email address. You consent to us contacting you about your request and scheduling. Your use of the form is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Scheduling and access
Service is performed by appointment only. You are responsible for providing safe access to the glass from your balcony or through an open window, and for following any rules your building or association sets for in-unit visits. If access cannot be reasonably achieved, we may reschedule or decline service.
Payment
Quotes are confirmed before service. Payment is collected after the cleaning is completed. If you are not satisfied with the result, contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue.
Service area
We currently serve Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. For any other location, please inquire and we will let you know whether we can accommodate you.
Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, E22 Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any cleaning performed. Our total liability for any claim related to a cleaning visit is limited to the amount you paid for that visit.
Intellectual property
The Clearstory name, logo, website copy, and images are owned by E22 Solutions LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without our written permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
